11/8/2009 7:02:58 PM This computer runs faster than our other computer, HP Pavilion, but how fast it should run is unknown. Now, after running PC Tune-up four times because the program kept coming to terminal hang-ups which required re-booting, our twenty inch flat screen has been reduced to a virtual 8x10 inch screen with miniture character fonts and icons. Yes, we are far worse off than before trying this product.

11/21/2009 9:57:14 PM I play of facebook at my zoo every day and in the 3rd visit to another zoo I lock up and have to close down the internet, If I just do my email and play cards on my desktop I'm fine.Every thng is then running fast and fine but as soon as I am online with facebook it freezes up, locks up and I have to use task master to get out.I don't freeze up any more but I do close down from Facebook and defrag every 3rd day.

More advanced operators can glide over it or sail past it. I don't care. They do it anyway. I would ask that Dell accomodate for more signage on their key-boards. This may be an insignificant request for many. For in-stance, I have wished for the "cents" sign many times. There are definitely others in this category which do not come to mind at the moment. In another 'category', would be language signs. I text and demonstrate internationally. Many others will join my group as time goes on. Specific requests? diairisis(?)- two dots over a letter. Ability to accent over a given letter. Thanks for making this opportunity available.

The support line transfered me to remote access that tried started off trying to charge me $299 then said $159 and the said tell me what you would like to pay, I felt like I was being manipulated and stopped the remoted access and was not satisfied with their service as they took over an hour and accomplished nothing.

11/29/2009 7:32:58 PM Never had an issue with my wired internet connection until I installed PC Matic. Now I have to reboot every other time to get my connection to work. What is up with this? We have covenant eyes installed to help monitor usage and it is what has seemed to fail and cause connection problems, however it started after PC Matic was utilized.

12/7/2009 10:59:12 AM It seems, and my other two computers as well, that since I installed PC Matic that the web browsing is slowing to a crawl. The three Dell units have actually almost stopped browsing they are so slow. Once the page loads it seems fine bbut most pages time out.

9/28/2014 1:03:06 PM My Gateway DX 100 / 544F3DB969 - had a Hard Drive Segmemt failure and CRASHED, I no longer have it in service. Picked up this Re-Manufactured Dell VOSTRO 200 yesterday, hooked it all up last night, played with it a little, went through my E-mails and that was about it,and shut it down for the night. This A.M.I turned it on letting it boot up, went to get on line, and it went to a SCRIPT ERROR screen and a message line down from that reads "This web site wants torun the following add-on: owsclt.dll from MicrosoftCorporation... If you trust this website and the add0-on and want to allow it to run, CLICK HERE... But then everything but grtting to PC MATIC locked up... OOPS!!! Now what ???
