4/2/2014 10:40:34 AM I purchased from Dell through legal publication. The unit came from overseas. Originally, it did not function properly, but after several months of communications, the replacement parts were finally sent and it has worked well ever since. It has recently started to freeze up (blue screens), especially after another authorized user has checkeds into websites, etc. I previously used an offshore PC consultant-clean-up company called Q Resolve recommended by Windows for a time. I had purchased PC Speedy Pro software, but it did not work well for me. I was advised by Qresolve techs that the problem emanated from a software that I have since deleted - Dragon Nnaturally Speaking.

7/8/2011 11:39:32 AM For some reason, it doesn't run Windows Office 2007 well at all. I will pick up some errors and it'll ask me if I want to use the debugger in Windows Visual Studio. I always say no. When I get this error, one thing that I notice is that it will claim that I don't have a printer set up, and I do have a printer set up. I been able to use the printer with PowerPoint and Word earlier, but somehow lost this function when I draw the above error.
