8/27/2014 2:24:00 PM I lost use of PCMatic in a severe crash of my computer. I emailed a request for procedures to restore it. It was done automatically with practically no effort or action on my part. It was the most perfect and speedy recovery a computer that I have ever experienced - and I have been using them for a long time. It was almost unbelieveable. I sure am glad that I am dealing with an Amereican Company!! Thanks!!

Super Shield didn't download the first time on the other computer I installed this on but I think it downloaded and installed after the reboot.

I believe they told me that it was like a dual core, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can assist me in determining what I have because I have had some problems with it and may want to purchase a replacement processor for it. It does run slowly at times and I believe that your software, Optimize 3.0, has helped. Sometimes, when it runs slowly, rebooting does help it.
