But I can't delete them as they claim removing them requires administrator permission. I have NOT set up an administrator on my systems. I just need to delete those files. 12/12/2014 10:57:20 AM I don't know much about computers. This has windows xp and the computer is about 6yrs old. It had a virus last year and someone reformated it, wiping everything out. I could not get internet explorer to load, so I downloaded Mozilla Firefox. I also can not access my email account from this computer, I don't know why. I did purchase a wireless adapter a couple of weeks ago and I know I do have an internet connection.

6/3/2016 6:02:32 PM somthing suddely happened to crush performance. Dell diags found nothing wrong, or Spybot, or trend micro enterprise. I found cpu at 100%, killed trend communication util, but still found boot to be ten times slower than before.
