9/10/2023 7:41:02 AM I Like this new refurbished Dell PC with Windows 7 much better than ny 3 month old new refurbished Windows 10 pc. Windows 10 seems to be designed for surveillance and endless ads. No cloud for me. Just good old simple, honest Windows 7 just like my old one that died a few months ago. but even better with solid state drive. It is now one day old and I love it already. Thank you to the refurbisher and to PC Matic to keep it healthy.

I will eventually upgrade to a 10 pro system which should make me happier.

It was due to an Admin account that I didn't remember setting up and I didn't know the password, so I couldn't make changes to the computer. I just re-installed PCMATIC and am running it immediately after set up to make it easier for the next run

6/7/2018 6:56:40 PM i got it refurbished from Dell and then i bought windows 10 because i did not like windows 8 at all but i still have a lot of lagging and slow speeds. I figured since this was an i5 processor with 4gb of ram that i would have flawless performance for what i use it for, which is mainly websites, playing videos and just moving around the desktop between word and excell. I hope that this helps with some of the problems because i am disappointed with this computer. It also shuts down unexcpectedly and doesnt come back from sleep mode sometimes. It also just freezes up and stops a lot of times as well. I didnt have antivurus protection for the past year but i didnt really think it was doing great from the minute that i bought it.
