12/16/2015 8:46:04 PM This computer is new. We haven't used it much because of our busy schedules. Both my husband and I are not experts at computers. I think the virus protection we purchased created issues from the beginning. I couldn't get it started up and gave someone access over the phone with their ocmpany and think I made a huge mistake. After helping me they began stating that we owed them hundreds of dollars for their support. I think they made changes to the computer which in fact I watched them do it, but though it was legit because I called the phone number on the package.
