12/16/2015 8:46:04 PM This computer is new. We haven't used it much because of our busy schedules. Both my husband and I are not experts at computers. I think the virus protection we purchased created issues from the beginning. I couldn't get it started up and gave someone access over the phone with their ocmpany and think I made a huge mistake. After helping me they began stating that we owed them hundreds of dollars for their support. I think they made changes to the computer which in fact I watched them do it, but though it was legit because I called the phone number on the package.

Hours spent trying to fix and realized while trying to install this program, I needed to uninstall TrendMicro and this is working better already. 5/13/2016 9:47:40 PM PC freezes sometimes and I sometimes receive messages that say I have a virus and to call a number to have it removed. I have to press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete button to pull up the task manager to End Task in order to continue to use my PC. I also get an occasional redirect

3/10/2016 10:19:02 AM I recently got a pop up virus which pcmatic idetified but did not fix (remove) even tho I ran 3 cans. I tookthe computer to a local repair computer store. After 4 visits to the store and losing nearly all my data I have it back but am still having trouble getting it to run easily.
