9/18/2015 11:40:12 AM Whenever a large program such as Adobe Photoshop is running, eventually you have to stop working on your photo editing and shut down because the entire computer will stop functioning. Also, when using the web browsers (we use Google Chrome) after only a short period of time the address bar is completely unresponsive and internet browsing slows way down. We have tried several different internet connections as well as reinstalling chrome but it continues every day.

10/8/2014 1:41:49 PM I keep have to go in and uncheck proxy server box.. I do not require a proxy server and I don't know why this happens every 5 - 10 minutes. I have to go into control panel, to LAN connections and unclick proxy setting???? Very upsetting. Hoping PC matic can help. Previous virus protection was Kaspersky which came with the Costco Dell computer. Thanks you Lea Lowenberg
