4/29/2010 8:53:57 PM Brand New DELL Inspiron April 2010 I've been disappointed. I've been careful and trying not to feed too much for the system to absorb such as switching between different addresses and multi-tasking. I have a high-end new DELL with 8GB DRAM and still your DELL will freeze and I end up shutting down pushing the 'off' button an then booting up again. Microsoft Windows 7 may be at fault. It's a pain in the neck for someons like me where I write a lot of Excel applications for financial and investment applications. I think you (or Microsoft Windows 7) has a problem and it is not acceptable. I hope you'll re-program and clean up the mess. 3/15/2012 1:49:10 PM I bought this Dell Mid 2011 after having 2 Gateway's. I was very satisfied at first as the ESTNOD32 ANTIVIRUS $ was installed and after Using WORD for years this one had Microsoft Works. It started changing my Word Documents into Works Documents. Of course that screwed up my spread sheets and other financial documents so the vendor who sold this computer to use figured out a way to load load part of Windows XP mode so I could use my word documents however it seems they fight each other and Works overpowers Word and changes some of my documents to Works. I HATE THAT DAMN PROGRAM. But have never asked the vendor to try and remove it as there are too many things in Word format that have been changed to Works format. So I just complain. Recently it seems that malware and trojan and other viruses get by ESETNOD32 ANTIVIRUS$. They are quaranteened but I feel my computer is not the best as I have lost some of my genealogy work from 15-18 years ago. I think the Dell has been good but it seems the firewall just has never worked very well. It is so bad now that I have to unplug my power source to shut the system down. I am hoping the PC MATIC I just bought will correct some of these things unless it fights the ESETNOD#@Antivirus4 & updates.

4/27/2011 11:45:27 AM has one program that keepspopping up that I can't get rid of. The symble is a case with handle and a wrench on the side. I am still trying to get used to W-7. It runs slow at times and has frosen up once. I had to turn off the power,wait a bit, and then turn the power back on. The program I can,t get did of is "pcdrcui.exe"

11/22/2010 5:18:04 PM on the internet YouTube and with any video it times out and the video has to stop pause and wait all the time, in the game site POGO.com I can't even play a simple multiplayer game of Monoply or Risk without getting dropped out of the particular room or table that I'm playing at mid game!!!! My other pc was a HP and I never had this type of problem. And I spent several more hundred dollars for this pc. I don't get it.

12/21/2015 12:24:53 PM Tried moving an old hard drive to a new computer, but it not only didn't work, it trashed the drive so it no longer worked in the original box. I've tried probably more than a dozen times to restore the drive in the original configuration from a backkup. Nothing allowed everything (especially PcMatic) to work. I've finally gotten PcMatic to work by installing Win7 from the original OEM disk.I still have much to do to recover all formerly used apps.

When first load, all five of my licenses worked great until I inherited the CONDUIT problem and just got disgusted and did a system restore on the computer I first downloaded PCMatic.
