I've called Dell and taalked to them about this comp. not being what I was told it would be. They offered more memory and said I I have 4gigs and it needs 4 more they say so between your PC tune up and the extra memory maybe Ill have the computer I wanted.

2/21/2020 8:26:29 AM I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on 11 January 2020. When it did a Windows Update on 19 February 2020, and I went to boot up on 20 Feb, the computer locked up. It had NOT correctly installed an update; the "blue screen" troubleshooting could NOT uninstall the Windows Update (could NOT access anything) - as a result, I had to completely wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows 7 and upgrade to Windows 10 again.

Problems started when I installed an the executable file BlueSoliel.exe. Was and app I was trying to re-install to get my bluetooth dongle working again. Avast Premium and AD-Ware have not been able to remove. Hopefully PCMatic will succeed. Also, web page freshing has been slow. Other than that, I am generally still satisfied with this computer.

As to your question, how computer running, it is about usual, that is it has run faster but I have a lot of data in it. I was using Engma REG and SPY (uninstalled this morning) searchers, quite good but needed to much attention. I also hae Norton which I have been reluctant to uninstall yet.
