It did it the first hour it was plugged in and there WAS no previous 'Restore' point to correct it. Thus, it remains uncorrected. There was no new soft or hardware added, just plugged in.. yet there it was .. and continues to hang periodically.

I worked really well until the warrenty ran out.. now it is locking up and freezing and the support person said this program was going to fix it all. So far this program dosn't work as well as the PC Pitstop that I already had. I even told her I had it.. but she insisted that this program would fix everything.
