12/17/2017 11:23:54 AM Norton 360 was not working so I uninstalled it and got PC Matic Centurylink is our network carryer But thay did fix the Norton 360 and my computer was unpertacted.

3/20/2018 1:56:15 PM Well, it was perfect BEFORE Intel screwed it up with a recent corruption of an update that it sent out. I was unfortunately one of the few people whose computer system became unsuable and would not allow me to sign on. After a month in the shop, Intel (after painting its finger at Dell) admitted that it did indeed was the culprit with sendingh ouht a bad update. The people repairing my computer was able to undue the update by Intel and Intel promised to repair the update and resend it out at a later date. I had to pay over $100 to get my computer back up and running as well as losing Windows 10 with Microsoft Office. I was told I would have to pay another $150 more if I wanted my computer to have everything that it had when I bought it. Mind you, the people that dealt with Intel to fix my computer was the same folks from whom I bought this computer (Dell). Am I happy now, NO! I feel that Ive been taken advantage of by Intel who was responsible for the problems in the first place. I believe Intel should reimburse me!

6/11/2020 8:40:15 AM No system protection I ever had compares to PCMATIC. I downloaded a fake email and lost this PC almost completely. I returned my PC to FACTORY INSTALL and then requested that PCMatic re-install your protection. THANK YOU for your help.

Driver Response, wich came with the computer, told me I had a Trojan file embedded in the machine, and all of their actions and advice led me to believe they were a scam organization, even though my Dell desktop computer came loaded with their software. I am now turning to you in the belief that your branding (Fox News commercials) renders you a reliable company I can believe in.

Frankly, Microsoft should pay me to use their products, because they use records of my choices and my communications and sell those records all over the internet. There is no privacy on Windows 10. As a result, we are in the process of changing out all of our home and business computers to Apple Mac OS, and a few Linux CPUs. I am not unhappy with PCmatic at all. Just Microsoft and Windows 10.

5/27/2014 1:44:29 PM After I purchased it and before I could get it running, I kept getting pop ups and took forever to get through that. Even with th McAffe virus protection, I finally was able to install Kaspersky and currently have 90+ viruses in quarantine, Malware Bytes also has 80-90 + malware in quarantine, IE has had to be reinstalled by Tech at Microsoft as I could not connect to web pages...so, it has been a headache. Does not say much for Dell as they or someone allows all the garbage to be installed in their computers before they get to the consumer. It also seems to take forever for it to down load home page on IE and then slows when moving to other internet sites.
