5/12/2023 1:45:05 PM when microsoft upgraded it from windows 10 to windows 11 it destroyed it ! when i decided i would try to restore it the backup file did not work. recently i went to dell and they downloaded the original software at no cost to me with the exception that all the software i had loaded into it was deleted including PC MATIC.

4/1/2023 12:28:11 PM Due to illness I was late ordering on expiration of earlier PC.Way info was presented ordered a wrong type of addition. Realized the mistake and ordered the correct version. Could never get it to install properly. Could run scans but system would indicate I had never ordered PC. A MAJOR stumbling block for me and others?
