2/4/2018 9:48:09 AM have trouble with downloading, Big Fish Games, sometimes it works others not. some games lock up. I also have a problem with the games under start up i have two of the same game one is locked and the other not. I took my computer into the Geek Squad and this is the way it came back. This was not my problem before hand. Slowness and connection to internet was the problem. This has somewhat been better. But sometimes Big Fish will tell me I am not connected to internet and will not let me download. So i have to sign in and out each time.

9/23/2020 1:26:47 PM It will only turn on every other time. We hit the power button, and a screen comes up saying "Dell", but nothing happens, and the PC runs very loud with nothing happening. Then, I reboot(by holding the power key down until it shuts off) and everything is fine.
