5/15/2017 11:52:34 AM A strange thing happens with this PC and it has occurred since I bought it. Windows will suddenly begin to open with such a speed that I can't close down the computer. I've scanned the computer with McAfee several times but find no virus detected. I would like to find out why that happens - if in fact it is malware/virus related.

12/29/2016 6:54:28 PM First - I am computer-illiterate. This Dell is fine, but a "foreign virus entered because I unknowingly left it without an anti-virus. The virus would not allow PCMatic to be downloaded. A technician from BJs Warehouse talked me through erasing everything and then rebooting. It was being cannabolized by the virus. It seems fine now.

5/19/2020 8:46:52 PM Im having an issue with 100% disk usage which is bogging down processing to the point where nothing will work or respond during these episodes. I have researched and found that this is a known problem with Windows 10 and I have attempted to solve the issue by performing actions that are recommended to solve the issue. I still have the issue despite my efforts. My last hope of fixing the issue is uninstalling my previous antivirus software (Webroot) and installing PC Matic to see if that willl make any difference. When the 100% disk usage is not happening, the processing speed is great.
