I always had these two type errors so changed providers from Earthlink to AT&T. There have been several problems in the switchover, a few still being worked

I ran a trouble shooting test and it sais that according to it benchmark tests I was running at a low 22% level. If here is anything you can help me with I would be most appreciative. Bill Conkle

2/13/2011 10:14:10 AM Having an issue recently that I can't seem to clean up. Getting pop up that want me to sign up for virious scan that I know is not safe will load a virious on my system. Can't get updates from Microsoft...get error page. Can't load in my usual Dr.Curtit to usual fixes everything.... Picked this up from a friends page, when I spoke to him about it he said he know his system has a virious........great!

7/11/2010 3:17:32 PM This pc freezes from time to time, and runs slow, not much memory and I sometimes have 4 windows open at one time, and I have programs running like, zone alarm firewall, Avast anti virus, but, I open task manager and end task on programs and re open windows internet explorer or firefox, when things freeze and then things are ok.

12/6/2010 4:03:37 PM This is Alan Benson's computer at the normal beginning Internet session. System locks up at reboot requiring that UPS powerswitch be thrown in addition to main PwrSwitch second being thrown. removed problematic programs, and awaiting this report.
