6/23/2012 9:21:24 PM I have been very happy bwith this product but interestingly my compouter shops don't know about it and encourage mke to get rid of it. I try to find reviews but most are under PC PItstop rather than recognised reviewers. You may be able to help me in this matter. I cannot read this reply as the writing is just so small. It would be great to increase the size of your panel. Thanks Terry

11/30/2013 5:01:22 PM computer is just over 12 months old. retailer went bust and cannot take back under extended warranty. runs perfect for a couple of weeks then crashes / freezes / and 'program not responding. have tried numerous security and tune up programs to no avail. the major 2 problems that always occur every night for the past 2 months is the program just stops and minimizes to the desktop, this can happen once or twice or every 10-15 mins. the second one is if you re-direct to another screen microsoft word appears and then the computer crashes. this one is driving me crazy. no other application has removed these two problems. to be honest no other application has had any effect on any of the problems i am experiencing.i have even contacted mcafee online support who ran a comprehensive check and was told it was not the security i have installed that is a problem it lies within the performance which they would supply for £97.00. no thank-you. will try this program, have used it before about 3 yrs ago and was satisfied then so hopefully will have the same result.
