9/5/2014 3:11:00 PM We had been using Norton/Easy Support. We were not completely satisfied with the "Support." I opted for the "Thirty Day Free Trial" what options does this Trial avail itself? We,also, own a Laptop which we would like coverage on, provided the "Trial" is a successful option.

8/1/2010 12:42:17 PM computer changes the appearance of the desk top without us prompting it to do so. the icons change size and moved to inline instead of where and how we like them. some programs the screen size is small where others it is big. frustrating
