2/21/2013 1:11:48 PM The computer was purchased 12/31/2012. It is a touchscreen Toshiba running on Windows 8. Out of the laptops I have used in the past, this is by far my favorite.

10/26/2014 2:32:34 PM Nearly all my hundreds of photos suddently disappeared one day. One day there----next day gone. I couldn't have DELETED all of them. Some photos remain. I have an external hard drive. Maybe GEEK SQUAD could recover thm.

2/1/2018 9:14:31 AM This is my wife's laptop. It is one of two laptops I was using last year to print the church bulletins as a volunteer. When it last connected to the church Internet, it deleted Microsoft Office and the software to connect to a Brother MFC 7860DW printer. Microsoft was able to reload MS Office after several hours online. I still cannot connect to the printer.
