8/5/2018 2:36:13 PM just reinstaled win 10, your tech people said it was not a virus but a faulty screen saver. I do not use screen savers, they never answered back with any solutions, I will be looking for better virus software.

11/6/2019 2:14:00 PM Completed a Windows 10 update, for which I was rewarded with the blue screen with a frownie face informing me that there is a problem and computer needs to be restarted. After dozens of times of doing this, I had to take it in to be repaired. Computer was completely wiped clean and brand new Windows 10 was installed. I don't even recognize it as my computer any longer. Next computer will be a MAC never again Windows.
