2/28/2019 6:23:20 PM Well it hasnt done an update in 7 months. I had to restore it today and getg a USB to remove pics and videos so that i could get more space. For 6 hours today i have been working on it Everytime I try to do the last update for windows 10 it tells my my computer is at risk and restart. I have 3 times now. SO i decided to get an antivirus to double check and make zure nothing is wrong. Hope this works really I do!!

12/28/2017 1:54:30 AM (This is Joyce's Surface 3) I use this small Surface 3 mostly when we travel. We take long trips in an RV with limited space, so it was purchased for using on leisure trips. (We are retired.) I dont use it much at home because of the small screen. My larger laptop is used most at home because it's easier on the eyes. (Joyce LeBlanc)

10/4/2017 2:07:17 PM the curser jumps around when using word and I have not been able to figure out how to stop it. also, sometimes the key board stops working. I disconnect and reconnect and eventually it works.

7/15/2019 5:48:16 PM I get an "Ajax error" when running a PC Matic Pitstop scan which causes PC Matic to enter into an endless loop: Encountering the error, terminating the scan, & then loading the startup screen. A Windows 10 reinstall produces a temporary solution but the problem re-emerges when a second PC Matic scan is attempted. Windows Defender reports no security threats detected!
