2/25/2023 8:34:13 PM been reliable since day one. no major issues. In the past though gets slow or pauses if a web browser is opened immediately after starting up. I am in selective start-up mode to eliminate starting up all programs for a faster start. Maybe the pause was due to McAfee LiveSafe program.When that was installed, it seemed like programs opened slow but it may have been checking to see if program was safe.

8/16/2017 10:22:10 AM the laptop was bought in April 2017, it lcoks up and will on occasion show a scanning and repair disc message. will sometimes not start up at all but do nothing but spin. Office Depot would do nothing about it even within the first 60 days.

4/8/2018 12:57:16 PM This is the fourth wipe and reset due to the fake microsoft "your computer is at risk! call xxx-xxx-xxxx..." popup that locks up everything then takes over. All of this has happened while running your software!
