4/24/2012 11:37:18 AM During Google Earth bird eye view mode this system freezes. Screen goes blank and a system tray balloon indicates that the Graphics adapter has stopped working and restarted. This goes on until I switch back to map view. Also during watching a AVI video system freezes and then back to normal after 40 seconds.

11/19/2011 8:30:45 PM This computer no longer recognizes the dvd rom when Windows loads. Changed out the dvd rom with another one that is known to work and it isn't recognized either. Put the old one in another HP laptop and it works fine. Reinstalled Windows 7 haven't loaded any of the drivers yet.

11/27/2009 1:22:01 AM the harddrive and processor always seem to be running high, with no applications running. It runs well-sometimes-but then slows down right away after I do the usual maintenance. Needs frequent reboots, but only sometimes. I guess what I'm trying to say is it is not stable all the time, and I've spent all day trying to fix the windows update that crashed my computer earlier today.

10/8/2014 1:33:51 PM I tried to restore this computer many times. It continually stopped operating and took hours to try to fix. I was trying to save info that I had on it. Finally, my husband decided to perform the recovery method and we lost our info. The computer does work much better. I was hoping with your program it would work great and continue doing so. The computer was running incredibly slow before, since recovery it is pretty fast. It doesnt lock up like it did. I have barely used it since recovery though.
