10/24/2016 3:12:48 PM This is the same secondary computer that has been on PCMatic for a couple years, as Windows 7 then Windows 10. Windows update two days ago caused it to lock up. Best Buy GeekSquad wiped disk clean and set up Windowns 10 afresh. Until then this computer has always worked well.

3/2/2013 1:38:28 PM TOTAL DEFENSE is slowing my computer down. I am constantly waiting for TD when it is working in the background to do "who knows what". I am completely dissatisfied with TOTAL DEFENSE. I will not be renewing my subscription. As a result of all the headaches caused by TOTAL DEFENSE I am migrating over to UBUNTU and away from the Windows virus environment. The cost of the learning curve now feels cheap by comparison to the cost of waiting and time and money spent on technical support. Good bye and DO NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION. 4/17/2017 11:30:54 PM Orginally ran on Windows 7 & worked fine. "upgraded" to Windows 10 and now frequently have Windows 10 blue screen of death. Latest error immediately after an update was loaded, was "Stop code: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION". Attempting to restart my computer was futile. Bricked, totally. My restore points were reportedly gone. Forced to factory reset back to original state (W7) & then reloaded W10 & am now trying again.

9/9/2012 1:16:23 PM Was perfect for 6 months. then mouse clicks and key stroke delays started. Then Chrome was slow and a blue screen appeared. All tests revealed no probs - virus, malware scans, HDD scans, system integrity and so on. Have booted with system repair... have stopped indexing service...still slow and freezing, nearly constand HDD access.
