Overall, I'm satisfied, but hope that the hard drive problem was an aberation, and will not be a repeat problem in the future.

I ended up having to have all of the hardware reinstalled because it stopped saving documents properly. It also did weired things when I was on LinkedIn. I was running Macafee software when I was hacked and it was like I didn't have any security software. I always wondered if I still had malware after all the hardware was reinstalled because the hack seemed so quick and easy.

Was locked out of an ATT.NET email twice, and was told because they would no longer let me have it for free, so finally changed to outlook.com.
