10/28/2020 2:30:20 PM This was a purchase of a used laptop which has windows 10, a system that I was hesitent to upgrade on two other laptops. I use this computer infrequently because I do not yet like WIN10. Otherwise, it's OK.

7/10/2015 9:21:46 PM It seems to run slow. However, Yesterday, I had someone encript my hard drive and wanted ransom. I cleaned my hard drive and trying to reinstall everything, I must have put a program on the computer trying to make it operate better that shut off the PC Matic program. Boy was that a Wake Up! Ya, you're right. BACK UP! BACK UP! BACK UP!
