Another problem is that sometimes when I have my AirPods connected to the computer it will disconnect the AirPods and will then not show that Bluetooth is turned on. When I go to turn bluetooth on there is not a switch on the computer screen in settings for me to do so.

I have been on the phone with the Dell techs most every day last week. The last one told me to do a operating system reinstallation. I backed up all my files, etc and did that. It didn't help. I told the tech it didn't help and he never called me back. I don't know what to do now.
