Edge is better than IE but sometimes it becomes unstable and slows down and practically comes to a stop unless you sit and wait for it to catch up with itself. The Radeon can't work independently and this lowers the performance of graphics and prevents external monitor from getting DirectX if the Intel is closed (you have to leave the laptop's screen on to get DirectX on an external HDMI monitor.

I called PC matic and they said it wasn't their problem, Microsoft said the same thing. i bought another computer and everything works good. I cleaned the old computer upgraded to Windows 10 which is the one I'm useing now. PC matic needs to have a way of helping their customers when a widows update goes bad! Also need to not recommed having the recovery points removed during the scan
