4/3/2019 6:55:12 PM I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MY DELL LAPTOP, BECAUSE WE RECEIVED A PHONECALL FROM WINDOWS 10 PRO & THEY PROOFED TO US THAT MY DELL LAPTOP IS HACKED BY A RUSSIAN WHOM RESIDES IN THE USA I BELIVE HE RESIDES IN MARYLAND HIS NAME IS NICOLI ------ AND WINDOWS 10 PRO RAN A SCAN ON MY DELL LAPTOP AND EVEN HAD ME LOOK AT AN "INTERPOL" PICTURE OF THIS RUSSIAN HACKER & ASKED US IF WE KNOW OR EVER SEEN THIS MAN ANYWHERE BEFORE !!!!!!! BUT, WE HAD * NEVER EVER SEEN NOR MET HIM BEFORE EVER !!!!!!!! PLEASE, HELP STOP THIS HACKER, WE WHERE TOLD HE DOES HAVE ALL OF OUR IMPORTANT PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING MY HUSBANDS SSI DEBIT CARD NUMBER, SOCIAL SECURITY #RS ASWELL AS OUR I.D. CARD NUMBERS ... AND SOMEONE HAS USED MY HUSBANDS DEBIT CARD FOR PURCHASES !!!!! SO MY HUBBY CALLED THE PHONE # ON THE DIRECT EXPRESS DEBIT CARD AND ASKED THEM TO ISSUE HIM A NEW DEBIT CARD WHICH THEY DID !!!!!!!! PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE HELP STOP THIS GUY FROM DOING THIS TO OTHER PEEPS ASWELL !!! * THANK YOU * KINDLY, TRUELY & SINCERELY YOURS, MR.& MRS. HEINSON

4/16/2018 11:43:25 AM windows updates continues telling me to free up space, I even added an external drive which now has 928 of 931 GB FREE and still says unable to update [?????]

11/18/2018 12:22:04 PM It's not the Dell hardware. It's massive, systemic, frequent failures of Microsoft Windows 10, which is just as bad for operational stability as any Windows product I've had ... and I've been HAD by them all. Apple rocks, Microsoft alwasys disappoints.
