Once in a while I get message from a sender (can't remember now what it said) on email and sometimes need to reboot.

Unable to get past the activation screen and ca does not answer phone or call back. At one point I stayed on hold for one hour and finely left a message.I have bought two of their products and thinking about sending them back. what good are they if I can not get support as promised.

She installed a 1 tetra byte HD, said it was running fast but it's been slowing down since I plugged it in yesterday. Not exactly slow running but slower than I would expect for the upgrade to a tetra byte.
