7/29/2023 5:33:38 PM I have enjoyed having this unit for about 5 years. One problem I just had was July 25, 2023 after I scanned with PC Matic and followed up with another scan. When trying to enter back into the program, all memory on my hard drive was wiped out. Geek Squad just reloaded the hard drive with windows 11. At the moment I am trying to reload everything I had. I am glad I have the computer back and hope for better service.

I had to download a windows 10 file to get it started again. The procedure went well but when I rebooted the computer it wouldn't come back to windows and I had to reinstall the windows 10 :(
