7/2/2018 10:04:23 AM The computer is extremely slow, when i try to open any software of saved files. Microsoft OUtlook takes about 5 minutes to open. Also, I seem to have software programs that have been loaded without my request. I have had a subscription to PCMatic for several years and routinely perform scans. Recently, it has had several messages regarding Acrobat Air, which I don't have and didn't intend to. I have also noticed seveal other "duplicate" programs that have been added to my program list. Our data is limited (we have satellite) and I went through 2.5 Gigs in less than 12 hours -- overnight. Cell phones were OFF the WiFi, and there was nothing open on the computer. I'm afraid some programs are running in the background and the scans are not catching them OR the scan thinks they are programs I want on the ocmputer.

11/21/2010 1:22:40 PM this one has issues everyting i use it. It siezes up regurarly, have to reboot often. Rebooting is a hassle, it is seldom that it reboots completely without me having to turn it all the way off from the power switch. I dont get it. all my other Hp machines work great.

9/6/2010 2:11:31 PM Has never performed as it should since we purchased it a year ago. Have an extended warranty but HP and Best Buy do not seem to be able to fix this system so it performs as I think it should. Did a complete restore and it worked fine for about 3 weeks. I have not added any software and it is beginning to deteriorate again: slow, retore no longer works, my backup software no longer works and I don't know how to fix it, etc. etc. etc.
