1/9/2011 3:49:08 PM It has slowed, I think, but I still wouldn't call it slow. My point of comparison is a newer computer that might just be faster /better. Internet seems to have slowed as well, but that might be the provider traffic as much as anything on my computer because I did notice the same things with the other computer that has a different internet provider.

9/19/2012 7:06:41 PM jUST RECENTLY 9/18/12 8:27PM HAD TO RESET COMPUTER. IT WAS SLOW AND DURING RESTORE PROCESS LOST ALL PHOTOS AND PERSANAL INFORMATION. TODAY NORTON SECURITY SHOWED AT RISK AND NEEDED TO BE RENUED. WE LIKE PC MATIC AND WE ARE RUNNING SCAN NOW 9/19/12 5:00PM CHARTER CAME OUT TODAY AND REINSTALLED WIRELESS ADAPTER. THE COMPUTER WAS ON LINE 2:00PM AND NEW PASSWORD WAS SET TO ACCESS WIRELESS MODEM AND ROUTER.

9/3/2012 5:58:43 PM six months ago I was very satisfied with this PC. Since the scan from PCMATIC and the $49.99 payment to return the computer to an acceptable performance status I have not seen anything different than I have $50.00 less in my wallet. i hope to see some sort of enhancement with the PC performance. I will give it a week and then I will contact PCMATIC and attempt to find a solution. If not, I plan on requesting a refund. Thanks, S. McCutchen
