It was my understanding the PC Tune Up should find Spyware, This stuff on Internet Google is acting as Spyware but never pops up on Facebook. Any Ideas. ?????????? [email protected]

12/13/2014 5:55:30 PM It may be MS 8.1 along with the computer constant problems with pop ups when on the internet. Slow and requires constant clean up to maintain magginal performance. Have bought several programs that fail to solve the problems, hopeful that PC MATIC is the answer.

3/10/2015 12:01:02 AM I've had blue screens over the past 2-3 weeks. Yesterday I had to do a restore and lost all files except what I had in my emails, it was restored to factory specs. when I got it. I spent an hr with tech support ans was suppose to be called back stayed up till 1am this morning no calls, finally got a call noonish, by then I was able to restore the computer to orginal specs. I haven't even had this unit 1 yr yet. the answers to below questions was before I did a restore

I've had 3 major problems since we purchased this. 1 - the Mother Board had to be replaced, this happened end of Oct 15; the next 2 - happened to be the exact same thing "HARD DRIVE" failure. These occurred during January 2016 & February 2016.
