12/24/2014 4:53:20 PM I need to see if it fixed my e-mail typing. After typing about one page the screen cannot keep up with what I am typing. It is sometimes two to three sentence behind me. I hope that part is fixed.

2/1/2016 7:34:56 PM The biggest complaint is not with the computer as much as the business that sold it to me. STAPLES. The offered no assistance when I was trying to learn to use it.For the most part the Pavillion 23 is ok.

8/2/2016 3:36:08 PM Yes, it runs slow at time, mostly with internet ads slowing it down and pages take long to load. It is OK for what I do at home, no gaming, although it only has a 1.7 Ghz processor. I will get a new/faster one in next 6 months. Meantime I also now have 50 Mbps with Time Warner Cable when I only had 6 Mbps with AT&T DSL service ! So with the recent 'tune-ups' and wireless internet, the PC is running a bit better and faster now.

12/21/2017 11:02:40 AM I just received a message supposidly from Yahoo warning of the Zeus virus and hackers if I didn't call 888 811 3967 and get their help to remove the problem-Error 268D3.Instead I rebooted the computer and installed PCMatic. I am not sure of the exact year I purchased this computer.
