10/23/2014 11:14:15 PM There seems to be some process running when I connect to the internet causing no mouse response or click response for lengthy periods. I have uninstalled Norton and am not running Microsoft defender after installing your software. I expect to replace the computer since I have not yet seen an improvement. After replacement I doubt I will be able to enable your software again. Your software also tells me 0 of 5 installs are used.
