6/12/2009 9:15:27 PM after installing avg it has been running much slower. avg is running and using between 10 and 70 % of cpu usage. Internet slow now -- although have cable.

3/19/2010 3:29:22 PM takes 30 minutes or more for my browser (IE 8 or Firefox 3.6) to open - if they open at all. Very slow - and when reboot - takes at least 20 minutes or more.

1/15/2011 6:54:34 PM Made in 2002 bought used in 2006 i download and run alot of experimental and beta programs i have reformatted and reinstalled windows from orig. sp1 setup from gateway 6 times in a year and half from viruses inbedded in installers mostly from msn directly no problems ever from cnetdownloads or majorgeeks.com i frequently add recovered HDs from old puters and format fix bad sectors and then reinstall in puters that i rebuild from parts, i install dvd/cd drives to test different ram sticks (4GB would be great but use the 512MB that it came with) plan on adding 4 1GB rimm cards in the near future and recently added a 9GB HD just for a cache and mp3 storage for media players sped up about 25% by increasing page file and allowing only on tht dr. I usually Iobit Advanced system care

11/30/2010 9:55:35 AM It does what I need it to do. However, it hangs up quite frequently, especially with office product word and internet explorier. Fire Fox has issues too.

1/11/2010 3:43:43 PM WinXP SP3, having prob with explorer; can right on item and most times that will cause an unknown error and explorer must close. Previously had load problem with XP SP3 (and talking to MS help tech) did a cold or hot something that reinstalled XP SP1, skipped SP2, and downloaded and installed SP3. Ever since I have been having problems and the PC is very, very slow. Also, something is going on with my video as the screen is larger than it used to be and some things are gone to the right or the screen-Nvidia card with both analog and digital outputs. Analog seems to work ok but the digital output I used with my LCD 19.5 in Samsung SyncMaster943bwx is not like it used to be.
