Call Circuit City tech support for information on the speed of the current processor. was suggested that I purchase tune up software to make it perorm at it's peak capasity. If the computer does not run any faster after installing this software then it did when I purchased it. I will return the entire system along with all software and expect a full refund...

8/25/2011 6:39:12 AM Bonjour, Nous étions très satifait de cet ordinateur jusqu'à tout récemment. L'ordinateur ne sert principalement qu'à l'accès internet avec peu de logiciel et aucun jeu. Depuis quelques semaines, l'ordinateur ne fonctionne pas bien. Après utilisation et lorsqu'en mode veille, il n'est plus possible d'utiliser l'ordinateur, le bouton de mise sous tension ne fonctionne plus ( impossible de fermer l'appareil en appuyant plus de 5 sec. ). Afin de redémarrer l'ordinateur, on doit débrancher l'alimentation.

7/28/2012 10:10:32 PM Windows 7 Operating System is not a good OS, I want a Linux OS. This pc crashes too often, slow bootup, microsoft has too many updates (security issues) and gets malware frequently. My current immediate issue is Windows failed to allow me to format my newly purchased 64 GB USB Patriot Torqz SSD. I thought it was a driver issue and hope "Total Defense PC TUNE -UP will solve this USB SSD issue.

7/10/2014 10:14:54 PM In the past, this computer has crashed about 1-4 times per day. I took it to a computer shop. They promised better results and to not change my browser. They were wrong, and they did change my browser anyway. Still crashes. Report says it is a hardware problem. Changed printers, and nothing else to change. We'll see.
