1/3/2022 4:34:13 PM This Dell (I-7) has worked very well. It was working slowly, very likely a virus, corrupt systme file, or registry error, which I could not locate. Installed an SSD to replace the C drive and now it's seems totally satisfactory. Next -- reinstall programs.

2/18/2018 8:01:26 AM New Computer. Please note we only have two. Dell computer hard drive crashed. Replaced with new computer in February 2018. After first week, had a reboot error and had to reinstall everything. Then this week go not log on as I did not have a password screen (no touch screen). After multiple attempts to boot and start in rafe mode or recovery, had to once again reload evertyhing. Believe this is a Windows 10 issue.

11/20/2022 9:02:50 AM It has a virus that keeps poping up a phishing 3"x3" box in the bottom righthand screen that says you have 5 viruses and to renew your McAfee or Norton Antivirus program to remove them. You can't get those to stop poping up. We have never clicked on one as we know it is fraudulent.

10/4/2021 6:06:38 PM There is something wrong and I can't figure out what it is. It is so slow and sometimes I load file through an FTP program. All of a sudden one day it doesn't work anymore. The program opens but it will not load the files. Says it did, but it doesn't. Have other programs acting funny too.

1/20/2018 2:04:51 PM Live in rural area so high speed internet is out. Sattelite is no good - only get so many gigs and computer is slowed down.I checked no on computer running slowly only because if we had high speed interent, it wouldn't run slow. unsatisfed with computer because brand new Dec 1, 2017 & has crashed 2X's Should not be happening.

4/26/2018 11:52:20 PM Didn't ask me to turn off McAfee Virus Protection when I loaded it on and pirst run kept locking up on "Installed Services" until I went in and uninstalled several bloat programs on this brand new Dell computer I just opened up today.

3/12/2023 12:51:22 PM HI PCM, silly to ask me the satisfy question. FYI, the question is asked minutes after the product is installed. I need to use it for a week or 2 before I can evaluate the performance. Also, I set up my user and password, at my first attempt to log in the password did not work and I had to do the "forgot passowrd" feature, Then it worked. So for now I chose "Unsatisfied" and I'll keep you folks posted. Finally I got your product because Edge won't load many websites I have previously used and need & I wondered if I have a virus or something so again, I'll keep you posted. Thanks for being an American company too :

4/8/2022 9:36:12 AM Year long internet problems,1 after another, Comcast business (home based bussiness) has been here 5 times in the last yr. to so called fix things, most recently a mgr. & a tech were here & the very next day I had internet problems again. I replaced the ethernet cable and my internet was back up - 5 techs here over a year & that solved my problem. Next day internet down again - the last tech told me what the sometime blinking # was on my modem, it's the outlet on the modem. When I ran the troubleshooter it said #2 wasn't hook up - I noticed that the modem was blinking 1 - so I changed it to outlet #2... my internet started working again. After a yr. of 5 techs here, I just had my computer cleaned & reset to factory setting... in a few days time after that my internet went down twice & I fixed it both times myself this time. I would say someone or something is screwing with me & rarely will any vendor or app/service co. say who it is because they don't want any lawsuits happening. Between my desktop computer & my business grade internet that had extra paid for security measures - Comcast Business, Security Edge it's amazing I'm still here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE anything you can do to help would great... just tell me what to do to resolve all these problems!!! Over this year I have done restarts on my modem daily & more sometimes, I've done restarts & shut downs daily or more on my computer as well. Since I brought it home from Best Buy who cleaned & reset it - it has been constently running extremely slow, & not close to what it was. The computer was purchased in I'd say late 2020 or early 2021.

2/16/2020 7:57:41 PM We purchased on 12/01/19 and installed sometime latter and PC Matic on same day. Computer shut down and could not do anything with it called Dell and they told me what to do which cleared everything and reset back to original settings so I had to call my computer guy back over here to redue every thing, be advised the computer was shuting itself off while using it before the computer completely quit, if there is something ya"ll can fix please do so. At this time the computer seems to be working but just got everything back working today. Thanks PC Matic
