7/22/2019 3:12:01 PM It is 3.5 years old, so technology is behind. I just paid to have corrupted OS restored, and personal data files retrived. ($169 shot) I was running free Avast and free Malwarebytes. Kept getting what I thought was "Screware" infection that would lock up my Firesfox browser. Forced to do a hard restart to recover. It may be that I just did that too many times, or perhaps did overdid it by doing hard restart while still in boot up mode. Anyway, OS was fatally corrupted. Service tech said they found no malware or virus. Not clear if I will still see browser lock up after OS reinstall and initial install of PCMATIC.

2/27/2018 9:10:38 PM Pcmatic does not keep it from crashind. The last problem I had was the keyboard and mouse would not work. I get a report every morning with no problems, however I run a new scan and it says I have many MB and files that needs deleting by rebooting. The last time I rebooted the computer locked up and it took 3 days to get it back operating with no help from Pcmatic that I requested.

7/10/2016 2:03:13 PM I had a dell update approx 10 days ago it put an icon on my desktop Inel HD Graphics Control since this update whenever my computer goes to sleep or I put in in sleep mode it will not restart and/or the monitor will not reconnect. I then have to unplug the system to get it restarted

12/8/2017 7:52:35 PM Dell told me the xps 8900 was the best desktop for CAD that was available for under $2,000.00. The Precision is far better. My XPS arrived with Malware from china installed on it, Dell came out and changed the hard drive (I had purchased premium service pack). The computer still had problems, the NVida graphics card had issues, they would not fix. They would not replace the computer as it turns out it was a closeout that salemen for Dell.com were dumping. And the McAffe virus protection that was included wasn't but it keeps harassing me to buy what I already paid for. It did not recognize my download authorization. I am buying all equipment in the future from CDW and am looking at getting an HP 17" Z book.
