2/2/2011 7:21:26 PM Have experienced Registry problems after installing wireless router. According to manufacturer, these problems are from internet use. System says it is logging on with a "temporary profile" because it is unable to load profile that was originally set up. System is only 2 months old. PC Tuneup software was recommended to fix problem.

Two different computers have both reported "inaccsssible boot drive" error messages that have required a complete reinstall of Windows, etc. Can't find any info if this is a virus or a problem caused by either Apple or Microsoft following one of their "updates". Do you know anything as to what should ot should not be done?

Also, one 11/25/15 could NOT receive eMail on OUTLOOK - Brighthouse recommended I utilize Brighthouse WEB Mail to receive and send all eMails - I did not appreciate their answer - need help reconnecting to OUTLOOK for receiving/sending eMails under [email protected]

8/31/2011 8:43:24 AM Problem may be Internet Exp0ler 9. Since upgrading to it computer locks up, and gives message almost daily that Internet Explorer has stopped working, and is trying to recover. When listening to audio programs, program may stop before the completion of the 1/2 hour program, and will not restart by pushing the play button. I have to go back and start the whole download from the beginning and then advancing to the stopped point.

10/12/2010 12:12:51 AM Called Dell service once, had to start windows7 in safe mode, then restored to previous date, software update was causing a black screen upon start up, problem solved. Dell sold me this PC Tune up. The black screen happened again, I did the same as mentioned above and am now installing the PC Tune up. This is a brand new pc! I should not be having any problems.
