3/26/2017 1:27:31 PM Internet connection drops once to twice a week.If I set windows update to autmatic, after the downloads, the internet will disconnect about a day later. So for now, the automatic updates are turned off.

4/26/2010 11:43:08 AM I purchased this software to assist me in keeping my clients desktops up to par. after installing it on my desktop (windows 7 x64) the software crashed on the first scan. only after disabling maleware scan it actually run. i am still not sure this is the product for me and my clients. and i will know after a few more tests.

PC Matic going to do any single thing about that? Suspicions are otherwise to perpetuate fraud & more.

4/14/2019 8:01:26 AM For some reason it stopped working...Like it wasn't even installed. When my computer got down to a crawl and about to crash I try to wake it up. Finally I got it to start and have just got it scaned. I didn't see a number that I could call anyone to get it back on my computer. Basically, I had to strugle with it about to crash for 3 dsys.

2/23/2020 11:37:36 AM This was an inexpensive used workstation for working at home, but its performance has drasticly diminished in the last couple of years compared to when I bought it. It is still running windows 7; didn't elect to upgrade due to concerns over further diminishing performance if I had upgraded. This machine has continued to get slower on start up, and very slow starting up individual applications. Occasionally, it does lock up and require a hard reboot.
