12/17/2017 1:01:04 PM I have had this computer for 10 years or so, and it has rendered good service. Recently, the HD went bad and I have had to have it replaced. The new HD needs a fresh copy of PC Matic, and should become the replacement for the same computer I had on my Evergreen subscription.

8/7/2016 10:34:32 AM This is my wifes computer and she let our granddaughter use it and she downloaded games and whaterever 11 year olds download. Anyway it picked up several hundred viruses. I spent over 8 hours with AT&T Friday and we reinstalled Windows 7. I just reconnected with the wireless network and installed Firefox and your PC Matic. After yourt scan is complete I will contact AT&T Support Plus so they can finish up what they were working Friday. We had to stop because we couldn't connect this computer to the network. I installed the necessary drivers for the wireless Home group network this morning. Hopefully all the viruses are gon now. We are very satisfied with the PC Matic and from now on our granddaughter will not be on thess desktops any longer. I should have her Laptop working again this week. One question for you is, do we have to have Windows Firewall enabled with PC Matic? Do you also have a telephone number just in case we need to contact you? We plan on buying the life time subscription and any add ons you have in the near future.
