I change the disk from read to other than read but it always reverts back to read only. The disks are clearly RW disks though but won't function as one. My computer is unusually slow even though I've defragged it and used System Mechanic to clean it every night.

2/5/2013 5:19:10 PM The computer has been running slow lately and we have been receiving Windows error messages whenever it we would start it up and when you would enter Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. In order to get out of it, you would have to hit cancel four times. After the initial scan with PC Matic, we noticed that it is still there so we are hoping that there is a way that it can be fixed.

I don't know what to do about this problem. When I connect to the Windows Internext Explorer browser, the computer is very very slow so I use Google Chrome. Any suggestions. Also, a window showed "incompatible software" when the Super Shield screen came on.

1/9/2010 10:23:43 PM computer was giving a memory error E:x00000008 (?) when using internet explorer and finally shut down completely and could only be restarted in safe mode. Sent to compuware/tigerdirect service to repair and have only had the computer back 30 days or so and the computer is starting to run extremely slow, locks up at times, sometimes screen goes black and will not shut down. I have to hold the start button in for 10 - 15 seconds just to get the computer to shut down. Then when the computer is turned on it takes at least 8 mins or more for everything to come up and we have only used 10% of the hard drive space. Not sure what is going on and don't want to send it back to compuware/tigerdirect. Also, I'm a ca employee and know that you can help.

3/25/2010 5:29:03 PM This is a Dell XPS-9150 Desktop, it was released with a 32-bit OS, and yet; they installed a 64-bit Processor! I intend installing a 64-bit OS shortly and I will run your scan over it again after that, and we'll see what the outcome is? Thanks for the service! Cheers, Trevor

11/24/2009 3:09:16 PM extremly annoying pop ups keep re occuring and internet explorer does not operrate correctly consistantly freezing. also computer does not multi task very well after the computer has been cleaned up also has a extremly slow start up. generally not satisfied.
