1/20/2010 3:52:19 AM The only then that locks uo is your software. After I finish this report and hit next the computer stays on "loading". I have only been able to det to the second step once. This was on the laptop running WIN XP. And even then the computer went back to the "loading" cycle. Ihave been in touch with both the Tiger Direct Technical support as well as CA. No one has been able to help me with this situation. I think the software is defective since I don't think you would sell any of it. GOOD LUCKY

7/16/2014 10:54:02 PM was ver satisfied until about 3 weeks ago got a virus from and email. some one tried to fix it for us and it is a mess now. we have voices of add ware running in the back ground can not turn them off. freezes up runs slow. We hope PC Matic is our saving grace.

1/27/2011 10:09:26 PM Piece of junk have to replace parts,small campact design causes parts to overheat,because there is not enough room inside of computer for enough air to move,have to leave side of computer cracked open so it can get enough air,will never buy a compact design again,the bigger the case the colder the computer will run period.
