I know that owning a laptop 10 years ago is far different than today but at the times i have owned other computers i have tried what was susposed to be the best and all went bad in just a few years.

Very slow currently and earlier today could not log on, would not take any input from keyboard. After sitting a couple of hours for whatever reason, I was able to log in again, then went straight to your website to help correct the problem.

When I open pcmatic on this laptop it says Device Unknown then asks me to Scan. I've been scanning for a long time and it hasn't finished. When I open pcmatic on my other computer and look at Devices, it shows this laptop.
