9/17/2022 3:21:14 AM This is the ONLY comu8ter I have EVER ownled that I have NLEEDED LONG TERM ADVABCED TECH SUYPPORT - AND have used more support in the first year or so than I have EVER used on ANYother computer I've owned -- PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS-- you will find that YOU and THIS COMPUTER has cost be OVER $6, 000 in ONE year alone, and the Second year is not yet cinmoketed. This is, by FAR the WORST cinmoyuter I have EVER owned in my life- and PLEASE CHECK MY NAME AGAINST YOUR DATA BASE OF COMPUTERS i HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOU - and I know you cannot fact-check me - but I am largely responsible for THREE Community colleges moving to the Dell platform and UN-Reno as well 0- and I plaied a substancial part in CSU-Sacrament;o and SCU-Chico for chosing Dell for their Disabled Student Program; and Services programs - AND I also was PART of the team; at the DRI moving them to a Dell only platform - So how satisfied am I? I thin FUCK YOU is an understatement for both the quality of on-line sup-port and your Telephone support - were it not for your Tech Samuel Clne our of Marysville-Yuba city, California, I WOULD have brought a clain against you in Small Claimes Court in the Superiour Court of Nevada County, and lodged a complain against you with the Attorney General of the State of California because of what I consier at the LEAST fraudent reresentaions on line - and I am aware that my recordings of our telephone converstaions are NOT admitable in court - they ARE admitable when supenead by a Court of Law. So THANK SAMUEL CLINE for me NOT taking you to court for lost wages and your inability to deal with obviously disabled people, which, in Californa is a Felony and could be, if charged correctly in Federal court as well - Paul Galioni, Ed.D., Ph.D -- 'FUCK YOU' is he MOST polite phrasing a person wtih 7 Master Degrees, two Doctoral degrees, and 4 ABD's can conger up at a momens notice. PLEASE READ MY FILE OF COMPLOAINTGS AND PLEASE DO A PURCHACE SURCH OF MYV NAME ON COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY PURCHACE ORDERS - please!! I do not want to be written off as a simple'digruntled'buyer - you MUST see me as a Champion of YOUR causem until THIS compuer - and your lacl of respect, your inability to have timely internal corresponce, and the threats you have made abainst me for not returning this computer when it had alreacy been sent in, repaired, and returned to me FOUR aned FIVE weeks previous to your threats of charging me fo a compuer I had in my possession for over a month is sim,ply inexcusealbe for a company of your size-- and I will not mention the difficulty that a person with a speach disabilkoty has when dealing weith your custmer support --- I have had a speech diability since I had my vocal cords removed because of Cancer, and it once took EIGHT GOD-0AMED HOURS to get a support person to NOT hang-up on me the MOMENT I STARTED to speak a single symibloe. And - on top of that, this print is SO small, I cannot see the letter sor words i am typing -- thank you for being so accessable to people with diabilities - until dealig with Dell I had NEVER thought of myself with a disability- you disuaged me from that childish belief.
