9/17/2018 1:07:34 PM Recently purchased Ive been using the free can but just recently started getting alarming messages from Microsoft that my laptop has been hacked sayig all of my personal information has been copromised. They wanted 300 to fix I could not afford I shut it down although they stated that I should not do that, unplugged and removed the battery. it started back up ok but then today the alarming message reappeared. they were indicating that if i did ot do something about it that they would block my laptop. Hoping PC Matic will take care of this issue. Thanks!

I don't know if he was BSing me or what. My husband and I have seen the commercials for this product and have been promising ourselves we would puchase it when our norton expires but, I wondered if it would tell me the same thing the sheister at microsoft told me.

I can open a new message and start typing the body text It will move so slow, applying the letters I've keyed. Then PC matic says no virus but when you reboot it won't reboot & tries computer tries to auto fix it. It finally comes down to resetting the complete computer. Then when you ask for help reinstalling pcmatic you are told they don't know you. So I sent my wife's email address to them to see if they could then send me what I need to reinstall. We'll see if they can. I did what I could to reinstall on my own. Hopefully it took but it came up with a node name error prior to running.
