11/30/2014 5:25:49 PM Device used primarily by an 87 year old with limited computer experience. Issues are generally with Outlook. Was contacted by a company wanting money because they stated her computer sent Microsoft an alert that it had a virus. She has been known to get viruses before. Secondary user has reported issues with the device not functioning well.
