A new threat called SpectralBlur, created by the Lazarus hacking group from North Korea, targets Macs. It gained attention in 2023 but remained undetected for some time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SpectralBlur is a backdoor malware that allows remote access to your Mac, enabling hackers to steal or delete files, deploy additional malware, and more. It avoids detection by using various tactics like encryption, remaining dormant, and updating its configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
