Neuberger emphasized the increasing trend of cyber criminals, 75% of whom are based in Russia, targeting hospitals and schools. These attacks involve encrypting systems to coerce victims into paying ransoms, exploiting the vulnerability of these sectors in terms of cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
